Family Trip

We just got home from a family trip to Lake Powell. We had so much fun. Yesterday we drove to Goblin Valley and spent the day there. It was a short trip for Spence and I, but we had a good time.

Happy Birthday Spencer

Last week was Spencer's birthday. He has been having so much fun fishing with Steve it was time to get him his own pontoon boat. Now he's trying to get Austin to miss school so they can go to Idaho and try it out this week.

Wreck

Brittney was hit on the freeway the other day and her car suffered some major damage. She was stopped behind another car and the car behind her hit her and pushed her into the car in front of her. She and the babies are fine and the car should be fixed in about another week. We're glad only the car was hurt.

Food Storage

We've been thinking we needed to get going on food storage for some time now. Today we finally went to Costco and got this organizer and a bunch of food. The organizer is awesome and we're happy we've finally gotten started.

28 Weeks

Britt is getting bigger every day. Here is a picture at 28 weeks. She is definently bigger than our friends having just one baby.

Fishing

Spencer has recently taken up fly fishing. He is having fun learning everything he can about it. On our trip to Cub River, he spent a few hours each day fishing. It was fun and he caught his first fish on a fly there.

Archery

We went on an Olsen family camping trip to Cub River in Idaho. While we were there, we visited the scout camp where Donnell was working for the summer and did some archery. We had so much fun, but as you can see from the top picture, Britt was closer than Spencer to getting a bullseye.

Relaxing

Our trip to California was fun and relaxing. We spent most of our time hanging out on the beach.

Surfing in California

We haven't updated this for a while, but here are some pictures from our trip to California. Spence, Dog, and Nash rented surfboards and spent the week trying to get it figured out. They had a ton of fun and they were all doing pretty good at the end.

One of Each

We found out last week that we're having a boy and a girl. We are so excited. That is what we were hoping for. I took a couple of days off last week and went shopping. It was so much fun.

Father's Day

Here are a few pictures of Spencer trying out his Father's Day gift. He got a router. He has already put it to good use on the dresser he is building for our babies.

Baby Bus

Here is a picture of the stroller we bought for our babies. It is so long. Pushing it feels like driving a bus. It will be nice to have, but hard to maneuver.

18 Weeks!

Today marks 18 weeks! We are so excited to be almost halfway there.

Lake Mead

We went to Lake Mead last weekend with my parents and Austin and his buddy. We had so much fun. It was beautiful weather and we had a great time. I couldn't wakeboard, but the swimming and relaxing were fun. Spence went hard every day until he was exhausted and super sore. Overall, it was a great trip.

Lake Mead Flips

Spence and Dog spent last weekend working on their flips at Lake Mead. They both did great. They landed some of them, but didn't have the rope, so they couldn't ride them out. They're super close to having them down.

We Can't Wait!!!

We are so excited! We are going to find out the gender of our babies on the 27th of June. Just four more weeks!

Trip to Cabo

We spent six days in Cabo and had a blast. We did lots of different things. The first picture is us at the bullfight. It was pretty great to see; they had dancing, cockfights and a bullfight that night. The other picture is us waiting for the sun to rise one morning when we went on a hike over to the other side of the ocean from our hotel.

Fishing in Cabo

We had a great time in Cabo San Lucas. We went fishing one morning and had a blast. We spent 2.5 of the 3 hours out there reeling in the fish we caught and no time waiting to catch them. It was so much fun, but Brittney was sore afterwards.

Cribs

We're pretty anxious to find out the gender of our babies. We've shopped for the things we can buy before we know gender, but we're ready to buy the rest. Spencer was excited to get our new crib set up when we got it. We only ordered one in the beginning, but number two is on it's way.

12 Weeks!

We are so excited, we're expecting twins! Today marks twelve weeks. My clothes are just starting to get a little tight. It may just be because it's our first, but we can't wait until the day when the maternity clothes come out. I have already gone shopping.
