Camping

We went camping last weekend with Erin and Riki Graybill. We had so much fun. It was the first night the babies spent in a tent and they did great. We had them super bundled up which turned out to be great since we woke up to frost. They slept really good and were happy most of the time. Saturday we hiked up to Timpanogos Cave. We also got to try out the new Camp Chef stove we got for Christmas. Camping breakfast is the best.

Ivory

Last week I went to Denver to see my newest niece, Ivory. I had so much fun holding a new baby and playing with Trey. Trey absolutely loves being a big brother and is happy to help anytime. He is the cutest kid ever. He always wants to hold the baby and he must have the burp rap on his shoulder while he does it. I love the little things he says to her. "Remember me? I'm your big brother. You love me." "Don't worry, Sweetheart; it's okay." Trey and I had fun playing at the park, eating treats, and reading his new books. He practically has the new manners book and big brother book memorized. It was fun to hold the new baby, but super fun to hang out with Trey. He is growing up so fast.

While I was gone, Spence took care of the babies at home. He did a great job. I came home to a clean house and happy babies. Spence was very pleased to see that Blair would now cry when he left the room instead of when I left the room. He took the kids to work for a few hours a couple of days and everything. They had fun with their dad.

Relay for Life

Last weekend we went to the Relay for Life with Grandma Erickson. It was so much fun to be there with Grandma. We are so lucky to have her in our lives and we think she's the toughest grandma around. She has been such a trooper through all of her cancer ordeal. She has the best attitude and helps everyone around her have a positive outlook too. The pictures aren't that great, but that's what we've got.

They do a lap first and then everyone else joins in.

Blair raising money for cancer research. There are booths set up all around and each one raises money for something related to cancer. This one was a jail that required a donation to get out. Grandma and our little family getting ready to do a few laps.

We also went to Kayla's horse show while we were in Logan, but we failed to take any pictures. We were busy having fun and helping Kayla. She did a great job and we'll be sure to get some pictures at the next show.

Camping...Sort Of

Over Memorial Day weekend we went to Logan to hang out with Jared and Mandy and Adam and Abril. Jared and Mandy were camping in Logan Canyon, but we were too whimpy. The weather wasn't good and we didn't want to sleep over with the babies. We drove up and hung out with them in the day and had a great time. The babies enjoyed playing with their cousins and their favorite aunts Miranda and Kayla. This is a picture after we did a short hike.
